Dora Utility Service Rates: Effective January 1, 2026 
 
​GAS RATES - Units are calculated at 100 Cubic Feet (CCF) per unit

​   - Minimum Gas Charge
        Meter Fee $12.50

   - Additional Units
        Cost Plus $1.25 per CCF with a Minimum of $1.75 per CCF

 
WATER RATES – Units are calculated at 100 gallons per Unit

   - Residential Rate
        - Minimum Water Charge
               Meter Fee + 25 Units (2,500 Gallons)         $40.39
        - Additional Units
               Each Additional Unit (100 Gallons)               $1.62

   - Non Residential Rate
        - Minimum Water Charge
               Meter Fee + 15 Units (1,500 Gallons)         $55.53
        - Additional Units
               Each Additional Unit (100 Gallons)               $2.22

   - Industrial Rate
        - Minimum Water Charge
               Meter Fee + 25 Units (2,500 Gallons)         $79.76
        - Additional Units
               Each Additional Unit (100 Gallons)               $3.19
 

METER FEE (GAS ONLY) – When Service is Rendered Inactive, but Meter Remains in Place
   - Each Meter                 $3.00 Monthly


ACTIVATION FEES – (Activation Fees are Non-Refundable)
   - Residential Water      $125.00
   - Residential Gas          $150.00

   - Industrial Water         $250.00
   - Industrial Gas             $300.00


All Services will Incur a 4% State Utility Tax

Late Fees:  All Accounts with an Unpaid Balance as of Midnight on the 11th of Each Month are Subject to a 10% Late Fee.

Non-Payment Administrative Fee (NPAF): All Accounts with an Unpaid Balance as of Midnight on the 23rd of Each Month are Subject to a $50.00 NPAF.
